- $30 trip fee (20–35 miles): broader Dallas, Garland, Richardson, Carrollton, The Colony, Prosper
- Beyond 35 miles by special arrangement

- Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Phone, email, scheduled visits.
- Saturday & Sunday: closed. After-hours help by special arrangement.
