- No trip fee (within 20 miles of Fairview): Allen, Lucas, Plano, McKinney, Frisco, Wylie, Murphy, Sachse, Lavon, Princeton, parts of Dallas
- $30 trip fee (20–35 miles): broader Dallas, Garland, Richardson, Carrollton, The Colony, Prosper
- Beyond 35 miles by special arrangement
Hours
- Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Phone, email, scheduled visits.
- Saturday, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. By appointment only.
- Sunday: closed for non-emergency contact.
