Services and support

We design smart tech solutions to fit the person's needs. Whether you're arranging this for a parent, setting it up for yourself, or you just want patient help with the devices you already own, everything starts with an assessment and a written plan you own.

The details

Start here: the Technology Wellness Assessment ($199)

A roughly 90-minute in-home visit and a written, prioritized plan. It's the single best first step, whether you end up doing a little or a lot.

You leave with a prioritized, written report, yours to keep, use, or hand to anyone. The $199 is credited toward any work booked within 30 days.

What a home setup can include

After the visit we design and price your setup, so you only pay for what fits. We lead with what you get. The starting prices below are a floor, and most families land higher once it's built around them.

Easy Start · starting at $499

A simple, confident start: a voice assistant and a few lights that come on by themselves, set up and taught patiently.

Enhanced · starting at $1,200

An easier, calmer day: video calls with family on a big, simple screen, lights that follow a schedule, and the little routines that make home feel effortless.

Comprehensive · starting at $2,900

A complete setup: the whole home made easier, plus a quiet eye on the house (a freezer warming up, a water leak, rooms too cold), designed around one person and taught until it sticks.

Custom · quoted from your plan (the path most families choose)

Every home and person is different, so we design around your actual day, your home, and what matters to you, then price it from your written plan, agreed before any work begins.

Monitoring, fall detection, and emergencies: what we don't do

These points match our Service Agreement:

Full details are on our medical disclaimer.

What we don't do ourselves, and how we cover it

The boundaries protect everyone, and they're on every quote. We don't do medical advice or medication management; electrical work behind walls; plumbing; or long-term holding of keys or passwords. And we don't install cameras, smart locks, or alarm systems under our own name.

When a job needs licensed trade work, like electrical, heating and cooling and thermostats, or cameras and locks, we coordinate trusted, licensed partners and manage the whole project, so you have one point of contact and it's done right and to code.

Want the details? What each level can include

You don't need to memorize this. The assessment sorts out what's right for you. But if you like to see it laid out:

Easy Start Enhanced Comprehensive
Talk to your home (calls and questions by voice)
Lights that turn on by themselves
Video calls with family on an easy screen
Lights and routines on a schedule
A quiet eye on the house (freezer, leaks, cold)
Connect devices you already own
Patient in-home teaching 1 visit 2 visits as much as it takes
Starting price starting at $499 starting at $1,200 starting at $2,900

Custom setups draw on any of these, built entirely around you and priced from your written plan.

Ongoing support plans

A system is only as good as the day it keeps working. Technology drifts: apps update, passwords expire, a router reboots and a routine stops. Our optional support plans keep everything running and give your familyyou a single person to call, so small problems never become big ones.

All plans are month-to-month, cancel anytime, and include priority scheduling. Choose the level that fits.

Silver

$29/month

  • Quarterly technology checkup (remote or on-site)
  • Software and device updates applied
  • Questions answered, no per-call charge on checkups

  • Hours: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Mon–Fri; after-hours by special arrangement

Support hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with after-hours help by special arrangement. Plans cover the technology we installed or that we've reviewed and taken on. They are not a monitoring or emergency-response service. In an emergency, dial 911. Remote help requires a working internet connection. Hardware and any new devices are billed separately. Pricing is introductory and may change; your rate is locked while your plan is active.

Arranging this for a parent?

You don't need to become the family IT department, that's our job. We will work with you to design what's right for everyone. Here's the path, the same five steps of our SrIT™ Process that we follow with every family:

  1. Listen & learn — we start by understanding your parent's day: what's frustrating, and what would make life easier.
  2. Home assessment — we walk the home, its Wi-Fi, and its devices, then give you a written, prioritized plan you approve.
  3. Select & purchase — we recommend only what's truly needed and handle the buying, so everything works together as one system.
  4. Install & personalize — we install and test everything, set up the routines and voice commands, and fine-tune it to fit.
  5. Train & support — hands-on training for your parent and you, an easy leave-behind guide, and ongoing help whenever you need it, by the hour or on a support plan.

Peace of mind is the product. The technology is just the tool; what you get is a parent who stays independent longer, and a you who worries a little less. We're direct about our limits: no fall detection or medical-alert monitoring (for a guaranteed response use a monitored service, and in an emergency dial 911), and cameras, locks, and electrical go through a licensed partner. Any household alerts (a leak, a freezer, temperature) and scam coaching are a best-effort help, not a guaranteed monitoring or protection service, here's exactly what that means.
