The questions you're actually asking
"Is Mom safe at home?" We assess the whole home — lighting and trip hazards, the 2 a.m. path to the bathroom, the Wi-Fi, the scam exposure — and give you a written, prioritized plan.
"Does Dad even answer the phone?" We make every room answerable by voice and set up easy, one-touch video calls — so reaching him stops being a battle.
"How will I know if something's wrong?" Environmental monitoring — temperature, freezer, water leaks — sends alerts to you, not just to a device sitting in an empty kitchen.
"Can I help if I live far away?" Yes. Much of the ongoing help is remote, and our Platinum support plan makes you the point of contact with proactive updates.
"Will they keep getting scammed?" We harden the devices and teach your parent, patiently, what to trust and what to ignore — one of the highest-value things we do.
"Is this going to be a fight?" We talk to your parent, not over them, and never install anything they don't want. The senior always leads.
How it works when you're the one arranging it
- You book the call or the assessment — even if you're out of state. We coordinate scheduling with your parent.
- We do the Technology Wellness Assessment ($199) and send you the written plan, so you can see exactly what's recommended and why, and decide together.
- We build what you approve, at a price agreed up front — no drifting quotes.
- We keep you in the loop. Choose hourly help as needed, or a support plan that keeps you updated.
What we honestly won't do
We're direct about our limits so you can trust the rest. We don't provide fall detection or medical-alert monitoring — for guaranteed emergency response, use a professionally monitored service, and in an emergency dial 911. We don't install cameras, smart locks, or alarm systems under our own name; when those are wanted, we coordinate a licensed partner. See our medical disclaimer.
