A system is only as good as the day it keeps working. Technology drifts — apps update, passwords expire, a router reboots and a routine stops. Our optional support plans keep everything running and give your family a single person to call, so small problems never become big ones.

All plans are month-to-month, cancel anytime, and include priority scheduling. Choose the level that fits.

Silver

$29/month

For a home that mostly just works and wants to keep it that way.

For families where an adult child is managing things — often from out of town.

  • Environmental-monitoring review — temperature, freezer, and water-leak alerts kept healthy
  • Annual whole-home technology review with a fresh written plan

Plans cover the technology we installed or that we've reviewed and taken on. They are not a monitoring or emergency-response service — in an emergency, dial 911. Remote help requires a working internet connection. Hardware and any new devices are billed separately. Pricing is introductory and may change; your rate is locked while your plan is active.

Prefer no plan?

That's fine — help is always available à la carte by the hour, billed only when you use it. Plans simply save money and give you a standing relationship if you'd rather not think about it.
